We are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service and experience. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we accept returns in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as damaged products during transit or instances beyond the customer's control.
Returns are applicable only in cases where the wrong product is delivered. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects such as non-working atomizers or broken design parts, as these are solely the brand's responsibility and beyond our control. However, we assist in forwarding such complaints to the brand for resolution on a case-by-case basis. For returns due to a wrong product delivered, all original packaging must be intact for a refund to be processed. Refunds are issued within 3-6 days of receiving the returned order and conducting a thorough inspection. Acceptance of returns depends on the condition in which the order is received. We reserve the right to decline a return request if the product's condition does not meet our standards.

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at info@scentclub.in and we will take care of the rest.
