By placing an order with Scent Club ("Scent Club", "we", "us", or "our") for products available on the Site ("Products"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). You can review the latest version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

Hosting Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you.

Section 1 - Eligibility

1.1 To make a purchase or use certain services on our Site, you must register and provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself, including name, telephone number, and email address.

1.2 You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes. We may modify registration requirements from time to time. When placing orders, you must provide valid and correct payment details and confirm that you are the person identified in the billing information.

Section 2 - Account Creation

2.1 Users must create an account to access online services on the Website. You can create an account using an email address and password, or by using a permitted social media account to sign in. Your registered email address will be used for all communications regarding your orders, refunds, cancellations, etc. Ensure you use a valid and correct email address.

2.2 Details regarding user information, its usage, protection, and confidentiality are outlined in our Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before sharing any user information or creating an account.

Section 3 - Pricing Policy

3.1 Product prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST), excluding delivery fees where applicable. Delivery fees, if any, are specified to the Customer before order confirmation.

3.2 The total amount due, excluding delivery fees, is displayed before final order confirmation. Prices may be modified at any time, but the prevailing prices at the time of order will apply.

Section 4 - Product Availability

4.1 Product availability is subject to stock availability by Scent Club and/or its suppliers. If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and cancel the order. You will receive a full refund for the unavailable product and any delivery charges paid within 14 days.

4.2 Scent Club reserves the right to modify the product catalog offered on its website. Orders placed before modifications are unaffected.

Section 5 - Ordering Process

5.1 To place an order, the Customer must have an account on our website. Details on account creation are specified in the Terms and Conditions of Use. For protection of your personal information, refer to our Privacy Policy.

5.2 When placing an order, select products by clicking "Add to Cart." Review your order in "My Cart," adjust if necessary, and proceed to checkout.

5.3 At checkout, enter billing, delivery, and payment information. Review your order in the "Order Review" section and click "Place Order" to confirm. By confirming, you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Sales and enter a legally binding contract with Scent Club.

5.4 We will confirm your order via email to the provided billing address. A second email will notify you when the order is dispatched. Ensure your email address is valid and correct for communication purposes.

Section 6 - Cancelling Orders

6.1 To cancel an order, contact us at info@scentclub.in within 24 hours of placing your order.

6.2 Refunds for canceled orders may take up to 72 hours (excluding bank holidays) to process to your original payment method (except Cash on Delivery).

6.3 Credit card convenience fees are non-refundable, as they are charged by the payment gateway.

6.4 Orders can only be canceled in full, not partially. Refunds are initiated upon your confirmation of cancellation.

Section 7 - Payment

7.1 By confirming an order, you agree to pay for the ordered products and applicable delivery fees. You confirm that you have the necessary means and authority to use the selected payment method.

7.2 Accepted payment methods are detailed in the "My Cart" section and include VISA and PhonePe, UPI . Bank fees and commissions are borne by the Customer. Payment processing is secured through Razorpay, with authentication as required by your bank.
